PATTERSON Industries Canada 'The Process Equipment People' designs, engineers and manufactures Evaporators to customer's specifications and process parameters.
PATTERSON's Shell & Tube type Heat Exchangers and Condensers are built to meet the requirements of the ASME Code, Section VIII, Division I and in accordance with the Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association (TEMA) standards. Mechanical and Thermal design utilizes computerized technology that allows for the optimum performance while considering cost and available space.
PATTERSON's manufacturing facility together with full transportation access allows for the machining and fabricating of Heat Exchangers and Condensers from most of the more common materials, in sizes up to 15 feet (4.5 m) in diameter and up to 100 tonnes. For those large and/or heavy units, equipment having special design requirements, high pressure operating conditions or unusual materials of constructions; these are the application where PATTERSON's experience will benefit the end-user.
- Concentration of bi-products from food and feed industries
- Concentration of waste streams from food and feed industries
- Concentration of waste streams from steel mills and metal working industries
- Concentration of waste streams from chemical industries
