The In-Situ analyzer consists of a sample cell inserted into the stack or duct, heated steel mounting flange and the rugged GICCOR interferometer unit in an IP65 enclosure that is directly attached to the flange.

The In-Situ offers a cost-effective alternative for extractive systems in continuous emissions & process monitoring where multiple compounds are monitored. Typically, concentrations of H2O, CO2, CO, NO, NO2, N2O, SO2, HCl, HF, NHand CH4 are continuously monitored with a single In-Situ. In addition, different VOC’s can be measured as individual compounds. There is no need for any span calibrations; only zero calibration with instrument air every 24 hours. Measurement results can be transmitted with analog 4 – 20 mA signals or with a digital protocol (MODBUS, PROFIBUS etc.).

By combining powerful FTIR technology with rugged in-stack measurement cell, the In-Situ offers increased analytical capability and reduced cross-interference effects when compared with other types of in-situ analysers.
