The ACU-STAT Fixed Baffle can vary from a model GAS-F-30-* to GAS-F-90-*. The GAS-F-30-* is designed for 12 inches (30 cm) of flow depth and measures up to a maximum of 20 feet (6 m) in length. The GAS-F-90-* is designed for 36 inches (90 cm) of flow depth and measures up to a maximum of 20 feet (6 m) in length. The ACU-STAT’s model selection is based solely on flow depth and the weir length. The units are currently designated with asterix due to the high variety of model options.
The ACU-STAT Fixed Baffle is a fixed stainless steel baffle mounted above the weir. The ACU-STAT hangs down in front of the weir blocking debris from entering the overflow stream. When the upstream water level rises the fixed baffle allows the flow to pass below it while retaining any floating debris.
