Hydrogen Generating Plant by Methanol
Hydrogen generation by methanol decomposition was developed in the last two decades. This technology features low cost, simple user friendly operation and very easy maintenance. Methanol is converted to CO and H2 with the action of the catalyst; CO and H2O are converted to CO2 and H2 with the action of the catalyst; CO2 and trace CO are separated from the decomposed gases by PSA technology, and high purity of H2 is generated.
