The Richard Alan Engineering LCP range of emulsion polymer preparation equipment offers a high quality, efficient and economical solution for producing a homogenous polymer solution. We manufacture and supply a fully automated system for effectively mixing liquid polymer with water. Neat liquid polymer is pumped with a variable speed diaphragm pump or progressive cavity pump, to a centrifugal mixing pump. It is activated with the water before transferring into an ageing/storage tank for dosing into the process. Dosing systems can be supplied as part of a combined skid arrangement or separate assemblies. The standard range of LCP equipment can deliver liquid polymer throughputs up to 50 l/hr or can be designed to achieve the specific requirements of customer applications.

- Pipe work manufactured in UPVC
- Standard control panel and motors IP55
- Standard supply voltage 3ph – 380/415V – 50Hz, a frequency of 60Hz is available on request
- Power supply required is 3ph and neutral plus earth. The control panel is fitted with a transformer to give 110V supply for the control circuit and 24V DC supply for the level transducer/PLC unit
