Application: The Grit classifier type EC 10.07 CS separates continuously particles such as grit, sand and other minerals from grit tank at the beginning of the wastewater treatment plant process. The wastewater flows into a conical hopper where the grit particles and sand are settle down to the bottom. Then a shaftless screw auger collects, conveys and drops the grit removal into a container.
