Container Components Europe Ltd.
Container Components Europe Limited pioneered the introduction of plastic lids in 1984. We now manufacture over a million lids each year at plants in Atlanta, GA and Jonesboro, AR, in the USA and Chesterfield in the UK. Originally replacing metal lids, a significant cause of serious injuries and even fatalities, we have played a key role in making the waste industry a safer working environment. Uniquely focused on the supply of plastic lids for the global waste market, CONTAINER COMPONENTS EUROPE LIMITED have made major investments in the latest design technology, research and development, personnel training and in-house manufacturing capabilities to meet the challenges of the industry both now and in the future. Worldwide, the brand name DuraFlex is synonymous with quality and innovation. The reputation we have built up for producing durable lids at competitive prices and on reliable delivery schedules has brought us a prominent position in the waste industry.

About Us
We deliver to virtually all the world class container builders, plastic injection moulders, as well as the top waste contractors, repairers and local authorities.
In 2001, CONTAINER COMPONENTS EUROPE LIMITED occupied their present purpose-built 44000sqft / 4000sqm facility, located just 2 km from the motorway network in Central England. Out of Chesterfield, we sell to the whole of Europe. We are developing strategy plans to introduce DuraFlex lids into a number of emerging markets notably in Africa, Asia and Latin America. DuraFlex lids can now be found on all five continents.
Our Commitment To Service
No order too large – no order too small!
Whether processing an order of 5000 lids from a container builder in Greece, or an order of 5 lids from a local authority in the Highlands, we pride ourselves on providing the same high level of service.
Of the extensive range of DuraFlex lids and doors encompassing over 60 standard models, Container Components Europe has a stockholding averaging 8,000 parts in black. The most common coloured trade waste and recycling lids are also stocked. This enables us to supply most UK orders ex-stock, the same day on a 72 hour service provided by a common carrier.
48 hour and next day delivery is available at a sm...
48 hour and next day delivery is available at a small surcharge. For export orders, we have negotiated competitive freight rates with a large number of international road haulers. Although we regularly ship full truck loads to over 10 different locations, quantities of 50 lids and over can also be delivered cost-effectively and efficiently by road anywhere in Europe. Destinations in the Baltic, Middle East and Africa are most likely to be dealt with by a sea container service. We systematically obtain freight quotations from at least three haulers to guarantee our customers optimal performance and economy of delivery.
