Model SWS - Survival Water System

0

SWS changes dirty, undrinkable water from contaminated rivers, lakes or wells into a clean potable water. The SWS uses a three-part system to clean, disinfect and deodorize water: Step one is a coarse filter, which removes all large particles and substances from the water. Step two is a disinfectant process which kills all noxious microorganisms, virueses and germs in a few minutes. This disinfectant process is not caused by the addition of any chemicals (like chlorene), but it is performed by Sodium-Hypochlorid (NaCIO), which is produced during a process called electrolysis. Step three is a special filter which removes all particles larger than 0,5 microns (0,005 mm) from the water, as well as all smells, unpleasant tastes, muddiness, chlorine, sulfur, algae, asbestos, cysts, chlorophenol, iron, manganite, and also any remaining residue of the disinfectant Sodium-Hypochlorid.

The result of this treatment is a clean, good tasting, crystal-clear drinking water. SWS works on solar power as well as on a 12 V car battery, and on usual 220 V electrical power. Because of this fact the SWS is a helpful equipment in emergency cases, where AC power is not available.
