Optofluidics - Model NanoTweezer - Trap and Analyse Nanoparticles System
A platform for amazing nanoparticle manipulation. Hold on to individual nanoparticles while observing them in real time with your existing microscopy equipment. The microfluidic infrastructure allows you to simultaneously manipulate the environmental conditions (e.g. pH) or introduce new agents to the trapped particle.

The NanoTweezer chips contain the photonic resonator devices along with high optical quality glass microfluidics. The channel itself contains less than 300 nL of volume, catering to customers with expensive samples. Hard coupled optical fibers are attached to the sides of the chip eliminating the need to perform any optical alignment and maintaining stability throughout the experiment.
Custom Microscope Mounts
Our specially designed custom microscope mounts enable the NanoTweezer chips to interface directly with your existing microscopy equipment. Fluid samples are introduced through the fluid ports on the underside of the chip which interfaces directly with the microscope mount. The mounts take less than 5 minutes to attach and can be removed when not in use.
Graphical User Interface
In addition to manual control, the NanoTweezer system can be operated directly from a custom graphical user interface. The easy to use GUI enables simultaneous and continuous control over flow speeds and laser powers. The interface also provides direct feedback on detector power.
