Red-y - Model IP67 ATEX Series - Industrial Thermal Mass Flow Meters
Voegtlin’s tried and tested mass flow meters and mass flow controllers are now available with IP67/NEMA 6 protection against solid particles and water and ATEX certification (Category 3 / Zone 2 & 22) for rough environments. They can be connected via cable gland or M12 plug and are also available with optional Profibus interface.
Features of the Red-y Industrial Thermal Mass Flow Meters include:
- High accuracy (up to ± 0.3% of full scale + ±0.5% of reading) flow measurement and control with wide dynamic range
- IP67 / NEMA 6 protection against solid particles and water
- Includes ATEX certification (Category 3 / Zone 2 & 22)
- Short response time (meter: 50ms; controller 150ms)
- Compensation for pressure and temperature changes
- Calibrated with real gas, which guarantees high accuracy and reproducibility
- Multigas use: one meter or controller can be used for up to 10 different gases or gas mixtures
- CMOS sensor technology with digital (Modbus RTU) and analog interface as standard
- Simple access via any PC (no additional electronic equipment required)
- Available with different connection types: Cable gland with compression fitting or optional M12 plug on top
