Wet Scrubber Abatement Systems
Wet abatement systems through absorption (wet scrubbers) are designed to remove pollutants present in a contaminated gaseous flow through the action of a liquid (solvent) and adequate chemical reagents. Labiotest offers Venturi batteries, single or multiple towers, horizontal or vertical with self-cleaning floating or static beds having a high rate of wetness for high efficiency washings, all equipped with automation and automatic regulation systems. This is backed by a sophisticated dedicated software owned by the company and hardware able to monitor the plant operation, monitor it in the best operational conditions according to the environmental context and characteristics of the air flow involved in the treatment and to regulate it according to process requirements, also from a distance, from any terminal having an internet connection.
