SIGMA - Model ACAF - Air Flotation Systems
The single and cheap alternative to the DAF systems. When target is not to have a high efficiency and water quality but you need an easy to work and strong unit with very low maintenance demands. The ACAF SIGMA is an air self-induced flotation system mechanically geared to work at atmospheric conditions.

ACAF system is extremely easy to operate
No complex mechanical devices are included and no workers actuation are necessary.
In opposition to the DAF systems the air induced device is formed for only two pieces, and no compressors, recirculation pumps or air vessels are necessary.
It is a FOG separator extremely efficient.
Operation cost are really low.
The heart of the system is the special induced device. The aeration turbine turns creating a depression inside the aeration cell that aspires air through the hollow axe. Air comes to the aeration cell producing a large volume of microbubbles. The water rich in air is release in the flotation cell and allows the phases separation.
