The ZipChip separations platform uses integrated microfluidic technology to prepare, separate and electrospray biological samples directly into traditional mass spectrometers (MS). In less than 3 minutes per sample, the cost-effective ZipChip system enables analysis of a broad range of matrices from growth media to cell lysates, blood, plasma, urine, and biopharma products. Each chip provides answers on analytes from small molecules up to intact proteins, antibodies and antibody drug conjugates (ADCs). The ZipChip platform uses cutting-edge microfluidic technology to integrate capillary electrophoresis (CE) and electrospray ionization (ESI) onto each chip. Each individual ZipChip has intelligence built in. The system recognizes your ZipChip as soon as it is loaded and will even automatically load run parameters and custom methods based on your preferences. Performance and total runs completed are tracked to ensure reliable results. When used with our premixed assay kits, we’ll even guarantee the lifetime of each chip.
Our premixed background electrolyte consumables further reduce preparation time and minimize opportunities for human error when diluting and analyzing samples. These customized assay kits are manufactured under our ISO-9001 quality system and optimized for your small and intact large molecule sample types.
A single pre-programmed method works across sample types, typically with electrolyte dilution, as your only step in sample prep. Desalting is automatically taken care of. The ZipChip platform saves time and ensures answers are derived from samples in their native states.
