The ZWIN-AQMS30 ambient air quality automatic monitoring system developed by our company is the latest high-tech precision instrument and equipment developed by using the international advanced photoelectric technology to realize continuous real-time monitoring of PM 10 , PM 2.5 , SO 2, NO 2 , O 3 , CO in ambient air ,and other pollutant concentrations, as well as monitoring of wind speed, wind direction, temperature, relative humidity, atmospheric pressure, etc.
The system adopts RS485 communication interface. RS485 can communicate with multiple computers, and the transmission distance is longer. The standard value output of this system is 0-5V, 4-20mA and has RS485 two-way communication control interface. All instruments have good anti-interference ability and self-recovery function after power failure, and the effective data capture rate is higher than 90%.
The monitoring system adopts a modular structure, with reasonable design and simple operation. It can realize remote data transmission and fault diagnosis.

System Structure
The whole system is mainly composed of analytical instruments, gas calibration system, data acquisition system, sampling system, meteorological monitoring system, communication and station building and other subsystems.
Pollution analysis instruments : including inhalable particulate matter (PM10) monitors, fine particulate matter (PM2.5) monitors, sulfur dioxide (SO2) analyzers, nitrogen oxides (NO x ) analyzers, ozone ( O3 ) analyzers, carbon monoxide ( CO ) analyzer, etc .;
Gas calibration : including zero gas generator, dynamic gas calibrator, standard gas and accessories;
Data acquisition system: The system platform can view real-time and historical measurement data, organize and store data and export to other formats, and form complete reports such as curves and reports; remotely monitor system parameters, collect analyzer event record data, diagnose menus and initialize calibration ;
Sampling system: gas sampling main pipe, multi-branch joint, exhaust fan ;
Meteorological monitor : temperature, relative humidity, air pressure, wind speed, wind direction (optional rainfall, sunshine, radiation, etc.) ;

Sampling System
- The sampling head should be able to prevent rainwater, coarse particles and insects from entering the main pipe;
- The sampling main pipe is a multi-branch waterproof sampling pipe, and the material should be selected from materials that do not chemically react with the monitored pollutants and do not release interfering substances, and have the function of heating and heat preservation;
- The inner diameter of the main pipe is selected between 1.5-15cm, the air flow in the sampling main pipe should be kept in a laminar flow state, and the residence time of the gas in the main pipe is less than 20 seconds;
- The number of branch pipes meets the needs of all gaseous projects;
- The length of the sampling pipe should be able to ensure that it is 1.2 meters higher than the roof of the station building (to ensure that the sampling is not affected by surrounding obstacles);
- The sampling system is sealed and connected with the house body with flanges or other types of multi-stage water-proof connections; the flanges connected with the house body must be corrosion-resistant and strong stainless steel;
- The main pipeline of the sampling system is detachable, which is convenient for disassembly, cleaning and maintenance without affecting the external flange connection of the roof and the connection of the instrument end .
Cabinet
It is used for the installation and normal operation of particulate matter instruments, gaseous analysis instruments, calibration instruments, data collectors, industrial computers, VPNs, etc., including corresponding other supporting equipment.
- 1 9-inch standard cabinet with good heat dissipation performance and guide rails for instrument installation and movement ;
- The cabinet adopts aviation-grade guide rails to connect and load instruments, and the cabinet partitions are drawer type, which can provide a reasonable installation layout according to the physical size of various types of instruments and equipment;
- The whole cabinet is designed with welded frame, using high-strength cold-rolled steel plate and heavy-duty integrated chassis, with a maximum bearing capacity of 800KG;

Station Building
- The area of the station building is not less than 15 m 2 ( outside: 3000mm×5000mm×2650mm , inside: 2800mm×4800mm×2500mm ) The service life of the new station building is ≥10 years under normal external conditions and normal maintenance conditions. The ground of the station building shall be a platform base of C25 concrete.
- The station building has a flat roof with a slope of not more than 10 °. The main structure should be designed to be able to withstand severe weather. It should have the properties of heat insulation, airtightness, durability, fire resistance, shock resistance, etc.; there are waterproof and leak-proof measures. The load-bearing capacity of the top of the station building is greater than or equal to 250kg/m 2 .
- The station building has no window or double-layer sealed window structure , and the wall should have good thermal insulation performance.
- Temperature and humidity control equipment should be installed in the station building, so that the indoor temperature of the station building is 25 ? ± 5 ? , and the relative humidity is controlled at 80%.

- The power supply of the station building adopts three-phase five-wire power supply. The cable must be larger than the national standard cable of 10mm2 . The power distribution box is installed at the entrance, and three single-phase 15A air switches are installed in the power distribution box for the three-phase power supply. The main switch is used in separate phases; the wiring of the station building is required to be beautiful, and the wiring should be equipped with a trunking.
- The lighting system of the station building includes fluorescent lamp groups, wiring, switches, and sockets; lamps should be complete, installed firmly and reliably, insulating materials for fixing live parts of lamps and insulating materials for protection against electric shock, and should be resistant to combustion and open flames.
