CVVT is committed to providing timely, excellent and professional after-sales service to worldwide customers. The technical department will provide technical drawings in time for customer confirmation; the production department will inform the latest production progress; the quality department will provide detailed test and inspection results; the logistic department will provide accurate transportation information; the after salesdepartment is able to provide site unpacking & inspection, installation guide, commissioning and technical training based on customer requirements.
Production and Delivery
After the signing of contract, the sales, technical, procurement, production and quality department of CVVT will cooperate effectively with each other and arrange the optimal plan to ensure customers’ order being finished accurately and on time; CVVT has a group of highly experienced logistic experts and has established long-term cooperation with several international logistic companies, the optimal transportation plan will be made based on customers’ specific situation to minimize the transportation costs and ensure each order arrived on time and safely.
Installation and Training
CVVT provides site unpacking & inspection, installation guide, commissioning and technical training services, as well as trainings on valve daily maintenance and common trouble solutions.
Warranty and Maintenance
CVVT provides 18 months quality guarantee period for the valves. Within the warranty period, technical support and easy damaged spare parts will be offered, and CVVT affords the maintenance cost or provides new valves for customers if the valves get damaged because of valve design and processing. CVVT provides lifetime services for the valves, technical department will provide solutions within 24 hours after receiving customer inquiry; after sales department can provide site maintenance services based on customers’ requirements.
