Dr. Margolin has worked with ASI since 1990 and is recognized nationally as a leading expert on biosolids pathogens issues. In addition to his active participation in an EPA sponsored review of biosolids testing procedures, Dr. Margolin routinely serves as an expert witness for legal proceedings, scientific advisory groups and regulators.
