Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser Service
The European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) and the Regulations concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Rail (RID) are Directives of the European Union that specify the requirements for the transport of dangerous goods by road and rail respectively.
According to both ADR and RID, all companies that load, transport or handle dangerous goods need to appoint a certified Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser (DGSA).
SIGMA LOOP CONSULTING offers the DGSA service, which, among others, consists of the following:
- advice on the safety obligations of all participants in the transport
- development and auditing of the necessary procedures to ensure compliance with the requirements governing the transport of dangerous goods
- training of the undertaking's employees
- implementation of proper emergency procedures in the event of an accident
