Due Diligence Analysis
Our staff has performed due diligence analyses for industrial clients, financial institutions, and law firms as representatives of the buyer or seller during asset transfers. Trinity can design a due diligence program that can enhance the value of your transaction. Trinity understands that the purpose of conducting due diligence analyses is to minimize business and environmental risk.
We assist with a variety of due diligence projects, including:
- Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, which determine environmental conditions (e.g., spills, leaks, or groundwater contamination) with respect to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA)
- Enhanced Phase I reports, which combine traditional Phase I components with a regulatory compliance review
- Full Risk Impact Evaluations, which examine the current and future costs of regulatory compliance by examining permit conditions and upcoming regulations for restrictions on future growth and provide an economic analysis of how current and potential environmental conditions impact business performance
