Establishing Service
If you do not currently have an account with NEA, you can download and print our Application for Membership & Application for Service Packets. You will need to pay a one-time membership fee and if a deposit is required, you must pay the deposit, or at least pay a portion of it and make payment arrangements, before service is started.

If you would like to speak to a Customer Service Representative about starting service, please stop by our office or give us a call at (907) 246-4261.
Our offices are open 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday (except holidays)
If you currently have service with us, you can add an account, or change an existing account, by downloading our Service Packet. Depending on your payment record, you may be required to pay a deposit, or add to an existing deposit.
