To test your quality control, FLUXANA offers the competent analysis of your samples with X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF). Our laboratory works in accordance with ISO 17025; accreditation has been applied for with the Deutschen Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH (DAkkS, German Accreditation Body).

Together with the company Stollberg, FLUXANA has developed a fused bead method for the product control of continuous casting (CC) powders. The general idea was a universal program which covers a wide product range and that is also able to control the used raw materials. The result was two different application packages each with a set of standards and a set of control samples.

This application package is a `ready to go` calibration kit for xrf instruments. The analysis of slags in the metal industry delivers important information about the production process. FLUXANA has developed a fusion slag method which allows the direct analysis of most common slags. Elements of interest and calibrated concentration ranges can be selected individually by the customer. The same application program can also be easily adapted to the analysis of different filter dusts (see CS-0023).
