One of Trisoplast’s many advantages is that it is easy to process. Trisoplast can be mixed on-site, or it can be supplied as a ready-made mixture. Thanks to its great flexibility, there is a suitable installation technique for every situation. How is Trisoplast installed and used? Read all about it here.
The Trisoplast mixture, which has a rather dry and soil-like structure, is usually prepared in a mobile forced action mixer. The mixture can then be installed, ideally with a hydraulic excavator. But what if Trisoplast needs to be applied to smaller surfaces or in poorly accessible locations? Then it can be installed manually. Light and medium-weight compaction rollers or a vibration plate can be used to ensure sufficient compaction.
We carry out meticulous quality control checks throughout the entire production process. Based on clear Triso-plast protocols that are open to inspection, these involve continuously monitoring and safeguarding the quality of the raw materials, of the production process and of the installation.
