The personal health and safety of each of CAAW Systems employees is of primary importance. The prevention of occupational induced injuries and illnesses is of such consequence that it will be given precedence over operating productivity. Our goal is ZERO accidents and injuries. CAAW Systems has a written safety manual for field employees with a required acceptance and acknowledgement sign-off. In addition, a cash bonus is paid every 30 days to all the employees on a crew if the entire crew goes 30 days without an accident. CAAW Systems’ current EMR Rating is .91.
