Service is available for products with warranty and for products which warranty period has expired.
There are 3 ways to get help:
- Phone LSE Monitors (see Contact page). The serial number of the monitor is required to obtaine help.
- Email LSE Monitors at email@example.com. There will be a reaction to your request normally within 2 hours. Please send the serial number of the device and log-files from the LSE directory of the monitor.
- Send the equipment back for repair and or maintenance. A RMA-number is required and should be obtained if phone or email help did not fix the problem.
On all LSE Monitor equipment, a one year warranty is valid. This warranty period starts from the moment that the monitor was send to you. For the laser, a warranty period of two years is valid.
