The Technical Support Services Team bring experience from a wide range of process applications and industry sectors, ensuring that systems are set-up, operated and maintained to maximise functionality for their intended purpose.

Setup Packages:

Whether your particulate monitoring system is to ensure legislative compliance or provide filter performance monitoring and process feedback, setup packages are designed to ensure operators obtain maximum functionality and benefit from their system from day one.Packages range from basic setup assistance to complete turnkey installation and commissioning services, including isokinetic sampling, calibration, and on-site system appreciation training.

Calibration, Configuration and Alarm Setting:

To ensure systems deliver maximum benefits to plant operators, it is important that alarms are configured to the optimum level for the process-specific conditions, and instruments are configured and calibrated using the best available data and methods. PCME offer a variety of services including isokinetic sampling performed according to National and International sampling standards via MCERTS accredited test house partners.

Service Support Contracts and Responsive Services:

A range of service contracts cover preventative maintenance, calibration services, extended warranty and rapid breakdown response. Services are available as a contract to provide a scheduled structure of support over an extended period, whilst reactive callout options provide operators with confidence that PCME Service Engineers are on hand for routine service, inspection and repair works, and in a manner that minimises downtime and process intervention.
