Title V Permit Program
- Emissions inventory preparation, including emissions measurement studies to develop fugitive-source emission factors
- Permit application assembly, preparation, and procurement
- Design of facility-wide fugitive-source enhanced monitoring programs
Title I New Source Review
- Prevention of significant deterioration (PSD) and nonattainment area (NAA) ambient air quality impact analyses
- (e.g., dispersion modeling studies) “Best available control technology” (BACT) engineering studies for new sources
- “Lowest achievable emission rate” (LAER) and “reasonably available control technology” (RACT) engineering studies for new and existing sources
- PSD air monitoring system design, installation, and operation
