Feedstocks, such as energy crops and waste provide sources of chemical energy which can be converted into usable energy as biogas, electrical power and heat. Non-thermal treatment, like anaerobic digestion, of these feedstocks is a well proven process.

Converting into usable energy

Feedstocks, such as wood and waste provide sources of chemical energy which can be converted into usable energy as electrical power and heat. Thermal treatment, like combustion, of these feedstocks is a well proven process. Combustion converts the majority of the chemical energy of the feedstock into ash and hot flue gases. These gases contain primarily heat energy which is used to heat water and produce high pressure steam. The steam produced can be used to drive a turbine and produce green electricity, and surplus heat can be used to service other heating duties, reducing fossil fuel usage. Flue gases are cleaned of undesirable components, in full compliance of standards, prior to discharge.

Ensartech stands for ENergy Smelting And Recycling TECHnology. Ensartech is a unique and new solution that enables us to process almost all kinds of highly polluted waste and residual streams of various industries leaving no pollution. Therefore Ensartech can be used on those streams that are currently very difficult to process or for which are no appropriate solutions available.

Highly polluted waste streams converted in energy

Ensartech a high temperature processes in which highly polluted waste streams are converted in various types of energy and simultaneously mastering clean slag production. Ensartech is therefore closing the environmental cycle.

Clean environment

People not only are in need of a clean environment, they also need more and more energy. The Ensartech solution is therefore a double-edged sword: it contributes to a cleaner environment and efficiently provides energy out of the processed waste.

Governments more and more regulate that pollution has to be processed on the spot by the pollutor. Ensartech provides this solution with its 25 kT smelting capacity that can be scaled modularly to (much) larger capacities.

The Maximum Yield Technology (MYT) is a new, innovative and unique solutions for treating and recycling household waste. With this technology, the waste is not deposited or incinerated, but used efficiently and economically. Raw materials (minerals and metals) as well as quality assured fuels and biogas rich in energy are created from the waste.

MYT recovers the maximum potential for raw materials and energy from household waste. Although household waste has different compositions regionally and internationally, the most significant constituents of the waste are identical all over the world. MYT decomposes waste in four constituents, treats them specifically for the material and utilises them to the maximum extent.
