How it Works
Implementation of the Predictive Safety Alertness Test begins by determining a unique baseline reaction time profile for each employee. After set-up the system tracks trends in alertness data, scanning for deviations.
At clock-in each employee takes an alertness test to ensure they're ready to head on to the site. The streamlined interface is easy to use, language neutral and records live reaction time data instantly.
The system automatically alerts supervisors when an employees reaction time deviates meaningfully from their baseline. Allowing you to address the concern before your valuable employee can get into harm's way.

SECURE ADMINISTRATIVE PORTAL
We set up a confidential portal online for your selected administrators to use. On this site, you can set up Supervisor notifications, Supervisor Groups, and allow Supervisors to view individual results and history, as well as download reports on groups in CSV format.
EMPLOYEE ACCESS
The app is available through app stores at no charge, and once employees have it on their cell phones, they can log in with the information you pass along to them, which identifies them as your employees. Or, you can set up the test on a fixed tablet placed on the wall near employee entry, or have them login online from a laptop or desktop computer.
HR GUIDANCE
We will provide you with our sample HR Guide and training materials; these have been developed to help you integrate the program into your company with the most success. This includes HR guidelines for using the AlertMeter, training materials to introduce the AlertMeter to both supervisors and employees.
