Geoware - Management System
The GEOWARE Management System is used to control and configure the Operations System behaviour and function. It configures and manages the rules and procedures under which the site operates such as rates, vehicles, and business accounts. The Management System provides organization-wide data centralization and acts as a hub for waste receiving, processing and collection sites. It stores site-based load processing information centrally and distributes new and changed vehicle, material, business account records and rates to keep all sites up-to-date as business needs change. Since data from the Management System and Operations System are synchronized, it allows administrators to track current data for accurate data reporting and analysis.
The Management System can also be used to generate invoices for business accounts as needed, which can be printed directly within GEOWARE or exported to a third party billing system. Complex billing relationships between customers and haulers can be maintained, allowing haulers to bill loads to their own account or other, pre-approved, accounts.
The Management System includes a complete set of comprehensive reports with a wide-variety of filtering options. This ensures that you have completed access to the data collected and can find out what you want, when you want it, without requiring other third party software.
