RegScan - U.S. Environmental Assessment and Management (TEAM) Guides Software
From Audit Protocols
RegScan One users can add CERL's U.S. TEAM Guides and the OSH Guide to their subscriptions. These audit protocols are seamlessly integrated into the RegScan One system, which makes them full-text searchable. Audit questions also contain hyperlinks to the cited regulations.
The Environmental Assessment and Management (TEAM) Guides are audit protocols/checklists that address Federal and state/territory regulations in the following subject areas: air emissions, cultural resources, hazardous materials, hazardous waste, natural resources, NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act), environmental noise, cleanup sites, pollution prevention, petroleum storage, pesticides use and storage, storage tanks, toxic substances, wastewater, and drinking water.
And you can rest assured of their effectiveness -- these are the very same audit protocols that the U.S. government has been using since 1994!
RegScan offers an extensive library of domestic audit protocols, including CERL's U.S.TEAM Guides and the Federal OSH Guide. All audit protocols are fully searchable, and include hyperlinks to the cited regulations in the databases.
Three levels of jurisdictional coverage are available:
- Federal US Team Guides audit protocols
- State Supplements for all 50 States
- US Occupational Safety and Health, OSH Guide
Domestic audit protocols are seamlessly integrated with the service. All pages utilize the same intuitive navigation system and search engine as our regulatory information, as well as offering hyperlinks to the full-text of the cited regulations. If you'd prefer, your checklists can be downloaded in Excel spreadsheet format as well.
Topical checklists show regulatory requirements and provide instructions for reviewers. Revision dates are also included, making it easy to keep track of changes. Federal audit protocols are updated quarterly, and the State Supplements are updated annually.
The Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Guide is a compliance assessment manual based on U.S. OSHA regulations. It consolidates requirements from the General Industry Standard (29 CFR 1910) and the Construction Standard (29 CFR 1926), and it also includes those for Federal OSH programs and reporting (29 CFR 1904 and 1960).
The OSH Guide may be used in self-audits, external audits, and as a reference tool. The manual enables users to identify applicable regulations, document instances of noncompliance, develop action plans to eliminate the noncompliance, and prevent future noncompliance.
