Risk assessments are a key component of health and safety policy. SHE helps users create risk assessments Risk Matrixusing configurable templates and a configurable risk matrix. Assessments are viewable via the portal module by everyone in your organisation.

The software provides a common risk assessment format and process and is designed to complement your existing methods and procedures. With built-in approvals and action tracking process, assessments will be fit for purpose and actions tracked to completion.

Every record automatically gets a review date to help you to effectively manage the review process. View and filter all records through the scheduled review module and using the action manager, assign the review to a user. Automatically notify them with email reminders and escalation if not completed within the specified time scale.

Record compliance and adherence to standards with an automatic and comprehensive audit trail. Every record has list of changes by user, date and time, giving you visibility and control.


The dashboard shows the number assessments completed in the current month and year related to each users chosen location. This lets management see those locations that are not performing and focus resources appropriately. Risk Reporting
