From PI System Support
You have made an important decision to increase the performance of your enterprise by investing in the PI System. In order to preserve this investment and realise long-term value from the PI System, we offer the OSIsoft Software Reliance Programme (SRP), formerly called the Technical Service Agreement or TSA.
SRP protects your investment by maintaining the PI System with current standard technologies and new PI System features. It includes product updates, world-class technical support, training and other value added features, so that, year after year, you can employ performance management to achieve higher profits.
Reliance Members receive replacement software - at no additional cost. As new software is developed, Reliance Members can exchange their previous version for new versions, at no extra charge. On a larger scale, as platforms change, customers can migrate from systems like the VAX and adopt more current technologies. SRP is the most cost-effective and efficient way to maintain your investment in the OSIsoft PI System.
We pride ourselves on world-class support and look forward to helping our customers maximise the value of their investment. Where possible, support calls are resolved directly. When this is not possible, remote diagnostics by login to the customer site are used to investigate the problem further, or the problem is replicated at Capula to provide a solution or a workaround.
