ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 - Implementation Course

During this information-packed 3-day workshop, attendees will learn how to create an integrated environmental & occupational, health and safety management system--and significantly reduce the cost of maintaining two independent programs. Using a practical, hands-on approach, attendees learn how to create a common foundation, linking all the essential elements of both ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Building upon this foundation, attendees learn how their organization can also incorporate their ISO 9001 quality management program to create one integrated quality, environment, health and safety (QEHS) program. A case study is used to illustrate how to build on existing systems to create an effective and integrated management system, as well as how to develop employee-driven action plans to achieve continual improvement objectives, and mitigate health and safety risks with an integrated management system.
