With every implementation, Accruent provides product and process training, covering key application functions and usage guidelines for each application component, delivered by resources familiar with your industry and business needs. Part of the project kickoff with the implementation team, this session helps to orient your project team with the product capabilities to be used. Provides training for the customer’s project team, with an overview of the Accruent system components in scope.
For application system administrators and data administrators, this training covers the primary administration tasks performed within the software administrator user interface.
“Train the Trainer” is designed for the customer’s training staff and/or expert users who will train end-users. Typically conducted during the User Acceptance Testing stage, this training gives the customer time to develop end-user training materials and plans.
Although most Accruent training is delivered in a train-the-trainer format, delivery of training directly to application users is also available upon request.
Accruent online learning environment, the Accruent Learning Center, is web based and accessed through a software-based portal. Attendees can register and connect from everywhere in the world at any point in time and start learning immediately.
