WMSoc Legionella Training
As part of its commitment to comprehensive learning, the WMSoc has developed a series of presentations and practical exercises to form the training course programme. All our WMSoc tutors are fully experienced and highly knowledgeable individuals, who are actively engaged in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment and services.
Un-biased information is presented in modules and attendees will be expected to complete a short assessment - this will confirm understanding of the work completed during the day and complement the certificate of attendance, which is issued to delegates after each course. If there are sufficient delegate numbers, it may be more cost effective for the WMSoc to hold training courses at your site. Please contact 01827 289558 to discuss your requirements.
Our range of courses cover all aspects of water management and legionella training, including Cleaning and Disinfection of Water and Cooling Systems, Legionella Risk Assessment, and Managing the Risk of Legionella in Cooling Towers.
Competence - the ability of a person to work diligently, safely and effectively - can only be measured on-the-job. With our unique Practical Training Area, the WMSoc is able to assess the competence of course delegates during practical training exercises. The PTA also houses two cooling towers which are used in the Dosing and Control, and Cooling Water Treatment courses.
