Micro Pulse Lidar (MPL) is a remote sensing lidar system that detects the height and extent of clouds and aerosols. Using its precise measurements, MPL can improve our understanding of the dynamics of the atmosphere for air quality, emission inventories, climate change and enforcement. Sigma Space has been producing MPL since 2004 and distributed over 80 units all over the world.
