Wastewater treatment for the beverage industry

by DAS Environmental Expert GmbH     based in Dresden, GERMANY

Enterprises in the beverage industry are facing tough competition. Water consumption is one of the most significant cost factors in the sector, since water is the main ingredient of their products. In addition, bottle washing or cleaning of machines and equipment also requires enormous amounts of clean water. This is why beverage producers need a wastewater treatment system that meets these demands.

Oil Water Separator for Hydrocarbon Recovery from Flowback, Produced Brinewater

by Hudson Industries     based in Vienna, OHIO (USA)

Hudson Oil Water Separators can be used to reclaim more oil and hydrocarbons from flowback, produced water, brine water or waste water before sending this value stream to disposal/injection sites. To enhance recovery even further package a Hudson Separator with a Wilsa ElectroWaveTM Conditioner for ultimate results. Up to 99.999% of oil and hydrocarbons recovered, including emulsified oils. Please call us today to evaluate your recovery potential.

Wastewater technology for the oil exploration and refinery

by AWAS International GmbH     based in Wilnsdorf, GERMANY

In the secondary recovery stage of an oil reservoir, process water plays a central role, just as in the extraction of natural gas. After the oil exploration, the produced water must be separated from the oil and gas. The process water needs to be prepared in order to be re-injected into the water cycle of production. For this purpose, highly efficient separation methods are required.

Produced water treatment for oil and gas industry

by MIOX Corporation     based in Albuquerque, NEW MEXICO (USA)

Recycling, reusing or treating produced water does not always have to be expensive.  Most Oil & Gas companies manage more water than they do hydrocarbons.  While MIOX is not a 100% solution to all produced water treatment needs, it does do the heavy lifting.

Hydrogen sulfide removal treatment for oil and gas industry

by MIOX Corporation     based in Albuquerque, NEW MEXICO (USA)

The chemicals used for treating for H2S in the oil and gas industry can sometimes be just as hazardous as the H2S itself. MIOX wants to eliminate these hazardous chemicals and let oil & gas companies create their own safe chemistry on-demand as they need it. Whether it is high volume treatment, or low volume treatments in the middle of nowhere with no resources, we have a solution for your need.

Electrical Based Tomography Systems for Crystallisation/Precipitation

by Industrial Tomography Systems plc (ITS)     based in Manchester, UNITED KINGDOM

Crystallisation is a key reaction in pharmaceutical and other process sectors. The combination of two ionic species in solution to form a solid frequently produces a strong change in electrical properties which can be tracked using ITS electrical resistance tomography sensors. Sensor arrays are produced on two different formats:

Hydrocyclones for automotive applications

by FLSmidth KREBS     based in Tucson, ARIZONA (USA)

Krebs cyclones are used in automotive and large vehicle plants. Krebs cyclones improve the cleaning process prior to painting by separating the paint weld balls, metallic particles, oils, grease and phosphate sludge from the cleaning solution.

Continuous process waste plastic to oil recycling

by DoingGroup     based in Henan Province, CHINA

continuous waste plastic to oil Solution: Continuous pyrolysis plant Function: Recycling waste plastic to fuel oil Applicable raw material: ABS / Mixed plastic, PE/PP/PS Plastic, PET Plastic not recommended Output: 50-90% fuel oil ,10-50% carbon blakc Heating fuel: Coal / wood/ fuel oil / gas Pyrolysis plant land size: 25x20m Reactor design: Mutiple reactors with internal rotating Reactor material: Q245/ Q345 Boiler plate

Hydrocyclones for sewage & waste water treatment applications

by FLSmidth KREBS     based in Tucson, ARIZONA (USA)

FLSmidth Krebs Hydrocyclones and Close Packed Cyclones provide a more efficient and less expensive option to remove grit, sand, and other solids from sewage/water than gravity sedimentation systems.

Produced Water Analysis

by Sitelab Corporation     based in West Newbury, MASSACHUSETTS (USA)

Sitelab's UVF-3100D is used to test crude oil in water collected from produced water treatment sites in Wyoming. Water was tested for it's GRO and DRO content.

Oil in Water Analysis for Flowback or Produced Water

by Spectro Scientific     based in Chelmsford, MASSACHUSETTS (USA)

The amount of water used in and produced by hydraulic fracturing of shale gas wells is in the millions of gallons per well. Whether the water is going to be taken off site for disposal or reused for re-injection, the flowback or produced water needs pretreatment to remove any residual oil from the water. Waiting for remote lab results can take several days to a week. InfraCal TOG/TPH Analyzers allow for oil in water testing at the well site in less than 10 minutes. The sampling requires a few simple steps that can be performed by non-technical personnel. The water is mixed with the extraction solvent, shaken, and then presented to the analyze for measurement. The same InfraCal TOG/TPH Analyzer can be used for TPH in soil if a spill or pond leak occurs to determine the contaminated area. The analyzer features: -Results in under 15 minutes -Detect levels as low as 10 ppm -Portable, rugged, lightweight, easy-to-use -Battery operable -Ideal for field or lab use

Advanced water treatment equipments for deionization

by Advanced Equipment and Services, Inc. (AESINC)     based in Coconut Creek, FLORIDA (USA)

Deionized water, also known as demineralized water (DI water or de-ionized water; can also be spelled deionised water), is water that has had its mineral ions removed, such as cations from sodium, calcium, iron, copper and anions such as chloride and bromide. Deionization is a physical process which uses specially-manufactured ion exchange resins which bind to and filter out the mineral salts from water. Because the majority of water impurities are dissolved salts, deionization produces a high purity water that is generally similar to distilled water, and this process is quick and without scale buildup. However, deionization does not significantly remove uncharged organic molecules, viruses or bacteria, except by incidental trapping in the resin. Specially made strong base anion resins can remove Gram-negative bacteria. Deionization can be done continuously and inexpensively using electrodeionization.

Wastewater technology for the oil exploration

In the production of crude oil the produced water plays a more and more important role in terms of ecology.

Metal Sludge

by econ industries GmbH     based in Starnberg, GERMANY

Grinding-swarf from the metal processing industry may contain metal alloys, stainless-steel and high-alloyed steel, all of which are ideal input-materials VacuDry® unit. The absence of oxygen in the VacuDry® process prevents any changes in the chemical structure of the oil, emulsions or metals during the treatment. The output material can later be sold at high prices. Find more information and the benefits of VacuDry® metal sludge plants on http://www.econindustries.com/applications/metal-sludge

Hydrogen sulfide removal in sludge management

by Carus Corporation     based in Peru, ILLINOIS (USA)

In the treatment of sanitary sewage, bio-solids are separated from the liquid. These bio-solids are concentrated and dewatered using filter presses, centrifuges, or other devices. Hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans are released during the dewatering operation.  Carus permanganates react quickly and produce immediate results for hydrogen sulfide removal in order to provide a safe, odor free environment and minimize corrosion due to sulfides.

Chlorine dioxide for food, produce, and animal health industry

by DuPont Chlorine Dioxide     based in North Kingstown,, RHODE ISLAND (USA)

The food we grow and eat can be sources of disease.  While most of these diseases are associated with animal protein, even fruits and vegetables can be a source of disease due to infection from contaminated water.  The use of chlorine dioxide increases sanitation and disinfection and, in the case of food and produce, offers the added benefit of not leaving residue.
