Continuous emissions monitoring for palm oil plants

Make more out of your mill. OPSIS tested and approved monitoring systems provide cost-effective and reliable on-line monitoring of several gas compounds, such as both high and low concentrations of methane, moisture, carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulphide, at several locations.

  • Odor control solutions for solid waste industry

Today in modern society we generate waste and and we generate it in vast quantities. Professionals around the world are dedicated to processing this material as efficiently as possible. Efficient processes and higher population density increase the risk of affecting the quality of life of workers, neighboring communities and the overall population.

    Methane gas leak detection

Methane emissions from oil and natural gas systems is primarily the result of normal operations or system disruptions. These hazardous emissions can be cost-effectively reduced by upgrading technologies or equipment, and by improving operations. However, in order to do so, one must be able to detect and identify the existence of a fugitive gas leak. Opgal`s EyeC Gas Thermal Imager for gas leak detection, is one of the most advanced cameras used to detect leaks. Thus, it becomes a required tool in mitigating and reducing fugitive emissions of methane gas.

  • Biogas monitoring

meet governmental regulations, it is important to accurately monitor methane gas production, removal, venting, and burning. Knowledge of both methane flow and temperature at the flare stack can define when CH4 is being emitted to the atmosphere. The DX99 FlexPower™ Nodes can be installed in EX area with a Zone 0 ATEX certification. Use the analogue input to determine methane production levels and flow and use the thermocouple model to measure the temperature of a vent to verify the continuous combustion of methane.
