CAREFUL FINISH OF THE SURFACES

We secure a Ra of 0,8 µm with polishing of welds.  The picking and passivation operations do respect the norm ASTM A380. We have a dedicated team for surface treatments and strict quality procedures and controls.

VERSATILITY

We are working any grades of carbon steel, of stainless steel and nickel alloys (excl. Titanium), including cladding.  We produce simple or double walled, dimpled plates, with coils, half coils, internal serpentine or tracing.  On demand we do install CIP cleaning systems.

DESIGN OPTIMIZATION

We do master the construction codes, the statical calculations, wind and earthquakes calculations as well as protection again explosion.  We have secured external ressources for finite element calculations, mixing calculations and thermal exchanges.
