SF6 gas is both expensive and incredibly dangerous so measurement is vital where personal exposure may occur. Inspection pits can house our fixed SF6 alarming system, the SF6 Areacheck P2. This means that engineers can guarantee they are not entering a confined space which contains SF6 gas.
