Superalloys, i.e. high temperature alloy, usually are used in to the high temperature working environment (> 600℃) 。By materials, superalloys are classified as iron-base alloy, nickel-base alloy, cobalt-base alloy, molybdenum-base alloy, and Niobium alloy. According to formation process, superalloys are divided into deformation alloy, precision casting alloy and powder alloy. According to strengthening mechanism, superalloys can be divided into carbide-strengthening superalloy, solid solution strengthening superalloy, age-strengthening superalloy, and dispersion strengthening superalloy. Superalloys mainly apply to aerospace industry, such as airspace engine, gas turbine etc. Superalloy casting process is complicated with high requirements on raw materials and strictly quality control.
