Shredding solutions for pulper waste industry - Pulp & Paper
FromSatrindTech Srl
The paper mill waste is the resulting from the recovering process of cellulose from used paper and cardboard. The process is carried out in a pulper that separates and hydrates the cellulose fibers, having as a result a mixture of plastic materials (about two thirds of the total), wood, waste paper, metallic material, gravel and glass fragments. If crushed and separated properly, this waste is recovered and re-used as a material in the production process or for the creation of RDF. It looks like a deformed twisted dry mass of a steel cable and the recovery operation begins with a volume reduction using a two-shaft shredder.
