It is often difficult to operate in proper conditions, such as clear visibility or perfect objective information before being on-site – and even then, direct communication with the diving teams is nigh impossible. Working hand in hand with major actors of the commercial diving industry, Notilo Plus has designed a compact and versatile solution that enhances precision and supervision while reducing overall operations costs and risks.
We conceived the Seasam underwater ecosystem with the needs of the industry in mind. The Seasam Autonomous Drone™ is the first hybrid underwater solution that can be used either as a wireless and autonomous underwater drone or as a tethered ROV. In its supervisor mode, it is able to automatically follow a commercial diver on site while transmitting a live video feedback to the surface. In its ROV mode, it is able to perform precise inspections in confined spaces which are difficult to access for humans. Moreover, with the Seasam Sensor Hub™, you have the possibility to add third party sensors to customize our product to your precise needs.
A compact…Seasam Autonomous Drone™ is light (9kg without accessories) and can be operated by one person. It is the first hybrid solution that can be switched to its ROV or wireless modes simply by plugging or unplugging its dedicated cable. Our drone is powered by an upgradeable battery with a base 1h30 operational life, which can be extended by switching its rechargeable battery. Thanks to its 7 propellers, Seasam Underwater Drone™ is able to remain stable in any situation and position – in a current up to 3 knots. Seasam Control™, a custom made controler application, smoothly assists you in the precise yet intuitive piloting of the drone.
