Water and wastewater treatment solutions for textile industry - Textile

• If it is taken into account that the water used in textile in industry is 24% and approximately 80% of this is consumed as process water, the studies for increasing reuse of water with the on-site control are carried out in accordance with IPPC directive in the Textile Industry.
• Advanced oxidation process with a Fenton-like reaction is a pre-treatment technique which can be applied for textile finishing
• Industry (70%-85% KOI value for KOI removal can be obtained with this formation which is largely biodegradable and suitable for biological treatment due to chemical changes ,depending on the type of the waste).
• The precipitation/flocculation and incineration of the sludge is an alternative for the chemical oxidation for the water including carpet pigment printing paste or latex. In addition, filling liquor and printing pastes before the subsequent aerobic treatment are effective for the anaerobic treatment decolorization of azo dyes.
