Aereon’sAir Defender was installed at a facility that previously vented truck loading operations to atmosphere. This was a source for over 70 lbsof emissions per truckload. After some unwanted attention from the EPA, the producer knew the problem had to be addressed. Because truck loads are a mix between VOC (volatile organic compounds) and ambient air, this made it hard to mitigate the emissions. Aereon’sAir Defender was able to reduce these emissions by 99% while filtering the oxygen and ambient properties to atmosphere. Safely recovering emissions and providing an economical solution.
