Ellis provided specifications for removal of all hazardous materials prior to demolition of eleven buildings at this site. This included asbestos, lead, stored solvents and oils. Ellis also provided contract documents for demolition and re-grading of the site. The project was completed within budgeted costs and one week ahead of schedule.
