Condensation and moisture can cause dust collector failure
Pinpoint costly problems sooner than later by having your dust collection system inspected regularly. Undetected condensation and moisture caused by compressed/service air will cause filter media, pulse controls and valves to fail and potentially shut down your process. It’s not uncommon for condensation to form in the lines between the compressor and dust collector, but this can be prevented. This problem is easily identified during routine preventative maintenance and inspection service and is often solved by changing the compressor operation or adding compressed air purge controls to prevent the condensation and moisture.
