Geomembrane Woven Liner for Pond Project in Columbia - Case Study
The woven liner is made of woven polyethylene with LDPE coating to prevent moisture and pollution. Compared with traditional HDPE geomembrane liner, the woven liner is designed for quick installation and has higher strength and many product features such as opaque, good anti-aging performance, good anti-seepage performance, acid corrosion resistance and high tensile strength. BPM manufactures ans supplies woven liner with the following specifications: 130g/㎡, 160g/㎡, 190g/㎡, 250g/㎡, 300g/㎡, width 2m~12m, length can be customized. 190g/㎡ is available in blue. The woven liner has the following applications.
- Breeding pond (anti-seepage, isolation of virus pollution at the bottom of the pond, rapid and thorough disinfection)
- Orchard reservoir (water storage)
- Chicken and duck shed (shading light to increase production)
- Yard cover cloth (high anti-aging performance, light fastness, abrasion resistance)

The BPM team received an inquiry for RPE woven liner enquiry from Colombia, and the inquiry contained pictures of the product. After analyzing the inquiry content and pictures, the BPM team finally concluded that the customer needed the geomembrane liner, and then the BPM team took the product’s technical parameters, product certificates, and engineering case was sent to the customer. The customer recognized the products and services of the BPM team. Then the woven liner samples were sent to the customer’s designated location. After receiving the samples, the customer was very satisfied. Then the order was confirmed. The order was confirmed in two batches. The first batch is 16,500 square meters. the second batch is 14,000 square meters, now the first batch of woven liner has been shipped, and the second batch is in production.
