Great River UOC provides water and wastewater services to more than a dozen counties in Mississippi. The utility provider is responsible for approximately 6,800 connection points across the state. Managing a system of this geographic scale requires careful coordination and efficient communication.

In 2021, the company began investing heavily in improving its water and wastewater systems to bring safe, reliable, and responsible water resources to its communities.
