2.Landfill construction

The base and surrounding areas of the landfill area will be reinforced with an impermeable clay layer, and an impermeable film will be laid to prevent the waste from leaking. This impermeable membrane is very strong and will not be damaged for decades, so there is no need to worry about the pollution of soil and groundwater by garbage.

3. Flattening and rolling of garbage

After the garbage is poured into the landfill pit, the density of the garbage will increase after repeated flattening and compaction. The leachate produced by the garbage will be introduced through the pipeline to a special place for treatment.

4. Complete the closure

After each landfill unit is completely filled, we will completely cover it with a soil layer, plant trees to integrate it with the surrounding environment and check the impact of the landfill area on the environment for a long time.

5. Landfill gas collection

In the sealed landfill area, because the oxygen-deficient organic waste begins to ferment, a large amount of mixed gas (methane, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, etc.) is produced. These gases are transported to the power plant through vertical gas wells and horizontal gas wells crisscrossing the trash layer.

6. Landfill gas power generation.

After the gas is purified, it is supplied to the internal combustion engine through combustion. Part of the power generated by the internal combustion engine is used for its own use in the factory area, and the other part is transmitted to the national power grid. The waste heat generated by the combustion can also be transferred to the nearby district heating network or industrial and agricultural equipment by the heat exchanger.
