How Is Stainless Steel Corrugated Plate Made?

Stainless steel corrugated plates are manufactured using a specific process.

The plates are made by stacking thin corrugated stainless steel plates on top of each other. Two media at different temperatures flow on either side of these plates in a countercurrent flow through alternate channels. The plates are held within the plate pack by a fusion-bonded seal around the edge of the plates. Additionally, the points at which the plates are in contact with each other are also bonded with the same technology, reinforcing the pack against the pressure of the media inside.
This manufacturing process ensures the creation of durable and efficient stainless steel corrugated plates for various applications.
